About this Coffee

Perched in the cool highlands of Huehuetenango sits El Limonar, which translates to The Lemon Grove. Over three generations have worked this farm, and it shows. Practices have been passed down and kept up, and now Ramiro Martinez ensures each plant thrives under his care. Growing coffee here is an art of patience, dedication, and community — every cup is the result of months of care and many hands working together.

This coffee bursts with fruity notes of cherry, blackberry, and crisp green apple, complemented by a vanilla aroma and a sweet caramel finish. Let it cool a little, and it really opens up, cleaner, juicier, and refreshingly crisp.
