We’ve been lucky to partner with fifth-generation coffee farmer Augusto Borges for over nine years, so you can only imagine how excited we are to have another one of his coffees grace our menu. Augusto not only produces top-notch coffee but is also a respected leader in Brazil’s Mantiqueira de Minas region. He's deeply committed to sustainability, innovation, and giving back to his local community, and that's something we can get behind.


This year’s lot is another shining example of his dedication to quality. A crowd favourite, this natural espresso delights with a rich, sweet profile with notes of dried dates, orange blossom, and brown sugar. Smooth and syrupy, it’s perfect on its own or paired with milk.
