About this Coffee
Straight out of Ethiopia’s renowned Haro Lebetu in the Guji Zone, this natural espresso is seriously good stuff. Handpicked cherries are sun-dried on African beds, turned every 30 minutes, and given a break from the heat during the hottest part of the day. Over 18–22 days, the flavours come to life — think a creamy body and notes of strawberry and pink toasted marshmallow complemented by a cocoa finish. Some would say it's like rocky road in a cup — yum.
