About this Coffee

Minznge is back, with its natural filter roast returning to the menu. Grown high in the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea, this coffee comes from the Wahgi Valley, a fertile river basin that has supported advanced agricultural societies for over 10,000 years. This long heritage of cultivating the land is carried out by the Minznge Tribe, who grew this naturally processed coffee and have spent the last year perfecting it, and it shows.

Enjoy the fruity flavours of papaya and black cherry, a caramel sweetness rounded out with a cocoa finish.
