About this Coffee

Straight out of Ethiopia’s famed Gedeo Zone, this lot comes from Konga in Yirgacheffe, a region known for bright, clean, high-quality coffees. Grown by 800 small-scale farmers at around 2,000m above sea level, the area enjoys high rainfall, warm, consistent temperatures, and rich, well-draining soils. You could say it’s the perfect recipe for growing exceptional coffee. Even better, these coffees are shade-grown, allowing for slow maturation and complex flavours.

Speaking of flavour, Konga Yirgacheffe comes through with notes of apricot, jasmine, and red currant. It’s full of character and ready to fill your mug as our latest filter roast.
