About this Coffee
We’re pleased to present another stellar coffee from our longstanding direct partner of 13 years, Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF), which translates to Environmental Fortress Farm. Silvia and Felipe have been at the helm since 2001, with a shared mission to make the farm into a sustainable business. FAF are pioneers in organic and regenerative agriculture in Brazil, who prioritise environmental stewardship and community relationships while growing high-quality coffee.
The coffees we source from FAF are always a crowd favourite around here, and this organic natural filter proves that yet again. Showcasing vibrant flavours of blood orange and red grape with a smooth body and lingering finish.

Tasting Notes
The Golden Ratio
We recommend a ratio of 60g of freshly ground coffee for every litre of water. This is a good place to start, but you can fine-tune your recipe to suit your taste. You'll find some suggested brewing ratios of hot water to ground coffee for you to use below.
