Made in Japan and cushioned for comfort, these tabi socks were designed with baristas' feet front of mind.

Underfoot, these socks keep you grounded with the double shot base recipe, carefully stitched so you'll never forget: 18g dose, 28 to 32 seconds, 36g yield, 94°C. Remember to treat this recipe as a starting point. Dial in to suit your machine, location and water, as dose, time, and yield can all shift to extract maximum performance.
