Promoters

This promotion is conducted by Coffee Supreme and Breville (the "Promoters").

Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on 3 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 15 October 2026 ("Promotion Period").

The Promoters reserve the right to amend the Promotion Period if required.

Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoters, their related entities, agencies, suppliers, immediate family members, and anyone professionally associated with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must provide a valid email address and comply with these Terms & Conditions.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Complete the campaign entry form.
• Subscribe to receive marketing communications from both Coffee Supreme and Breville.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will not increase their chances of winning.

Entrants must remain subscribed to both Coffee Supreme and Breville marketing communications at the time the winners are drawn to be eligible to receive a prize.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Prize

There are two (2) prizes to be won, comprising:

• One (1) prize for an eligible Australian resident.
• One (1) prize for an eligible New Zealand resident.

Each prize includes:

• 1 × Breville Barista Express espresso machine
• A 12-month Coffee Supreme coffee subscription (1 kg of coffee delivered each month, including standard shipping)
• 2 × Coffee Supreme mugs
• 1 × Coffee Supreme tin
• 1 × pair of Coffee Supreme Barista Socks

Each prize is valued at approximately AUD $1,955, with a total prize pool value of approximately AUD $3,910.

Prizes are subject to availability and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

Following the close of the Promotion Period, two (2) winners will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received:

• One (1) Australian winner.
• One (1) New Zealand winner.

The draw will take place within 14 days of the promotion closing date.

Each winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a redraw for that prize.

Privacy

By entering this promotion, participants consent to their personal information being collected by Coffee Supreme and Breville for the purposes of administering the promotion and sending marketing communications.

Participants acknowledge that their personal information may be shared between the Promoters for these purposes.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with each Promoter's respective Privacy Policy.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time after the promotion has concluded.

General

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an incomplete or fraudulent entry, or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoters reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside their reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned.

The Promoters are not responsible for technical failures, lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or any other circumstance that may affect participation in the promotion.

Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of a prize.
