Farmers here work small plots, typically around 400 trees, handpicking ripe cherries before delivering them to the station for sorting.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFor the washed process, farmers selectively handpick ripe cherries, which are floated and hand-sorted to remove defects.
