About this Coffee

La Comunidad is sourced directly from the Falla Family at the San Miguel mill. Boasting an impressive set up, the team at San Miguel process their coffee cherries through a newly installed micro-mill, which is designed to produce high altitude, single-varietal coffees which have been picked at the ripest stage. Suited for all filter methods, expect a juicy cup with notes of apple and caramel.
