About this Coffee

Gloria Rafaela Pasaje Cortés is a lifelong coffee grower from the municipality of San José de Albán. Gloria lives on San Miguel, a nine-hectare farm, with her husband Anibal and their four daughters. The coffee they produce takes up eight of the hectares and the remaining one-hectare is planted with fruits and vegetables which they sell at the local market. All the coffee is selectively handpicked, processed and dried on the farm. This coffee offers sweet aromatics of caramel and vanilla with crisp apple notes and a long milk chocolate finish.
