About this Coffee
Buena Vista delivers everything we love about Colombian coffee, bright, smooth and easy drinking. Producer Javier Quintero grew up in the thick of it, born into a coffee-farming family, now running Buena Vista with his wife Maidy in the highlands of Inzá, Cauca. While tending his farm Javier came across a unique variety: Bourbon Aruzi. Noted for its high yield and distinct characteristics, he knew he was onto something. He’s now propagating the variety and sharing it with neighbouring farmers, creating a small movement around this special coffee.
This filter boasts fruity notes of red grape and plum, followed by a clean caramel finish that will have you reaching for more.

Tasting Notes
The Golden Ratio
We recommend a ratio of 60g of freshly ground coffee for every litre of water. This is a good place to start, but you can fine-tune your recipe to suit your taste. You'll find some suggested brewing ratios of hot water to ground coffee for you to use below.
