If you order before 3pm with a New Zealand delivery address, we will dispatch your package the same business day. You should recieve it within 24-48hrs. Rural and international deliveries typically take a little longer and should be with you in 2-5 days.

We are currently offering free shipping on all orders shipped within New Zealand until the end of April 2020.

Shipping within New Zealand is free if you spend over $25, or if you order 500g of coffee or more. International delivery costs vary.

As the holiday season approaches and we all begin to send treats to our loved ones, the couriers - the real heroes of the season - get a little run off their feet. The inevitable delays have begun, so to ensure your presents make it under the tree, be sure to order before 2.30pm on Friday 20th December.

Shipping rates:

Less than 249g - $3.00

250g - 499g - $1.50

International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. We ship via NZ Post of DHL. Express to offer you a good range of pricing. If you are ordering coffee we'd like to get your order to you as soon as possible so we'd recommend DHL. It's not the cheapest, but we reckon it's the best in terms of ensuring your package gets to you in good time.

Our coffee subscription service makes it easy for you to drink Supreme. Get your favourite coffee, however you like it, delivered right to your door.

When first setting up your subscription, an order will be generated and sent to you straight away to get you going. Then your subscription will move to your designated shipping day.

Your account will only be charged for orders before they ship.

Orders will be generated and charged the evening before the day they ship i.e orders shipped on a Monday will be generated/charged on Sunday evening.

Gift subscriptions are charged upfront for the duration of the gifting period.

Once your coffee subscription is set up, you are able to edit your subscription. You can increase the amount, skip orders, change address etc.
